As the year drew to a close, our chef had the honor of representing the magnificent Kingdom of Belgium at an exclusive event organized by San Pellegrino in Brussels. The event took place at a secret location—an enchanting venue where the intimate atmosphere added a unique dimension to this unforgettable culinary experience. Although we cannot reveal the name of this fascinating venue, it truly helped create a mystical and elegant ambiance.

The international brand, renowned for its commitment to culinary excellence, brought together its European representatives in Belgium to introduce its guests to the treasures of Belgium’s culinary heritage. This gathering celebrated the authentic flavors of our country while fostering enriching exchanges among food enthusiasts.

For our chef, this challenge represented a wonderful opportunity to blend his international influences—particularly Asian ones—with the great classics of Belgian cuisine. He created an exceptional menu, reinventing iconic dishes while preserving their essence. Each plate was a work of art, inviting guests on a sensory journey through Belgium’s most iconic dishes.

Guests were amazed by this palette of flavors, ranging from waterzooi to Liège-style meatballs and vol-au-vent. This innovative approach paid tribute to Belgium’s rich culinary heritage while opening up new taste experiences.
