AN EXCEPTIONAL WINE EVENT FEATURING BELGIAN WINES.
On Wednesday, August 28, we had the pleasure of hosting our first wine-tasting event, showcasing Belgian wines. This exclusive event brought together 14 guests for a memorable gastronomic evening. The 5-course omakase menu was paired with more than 8 carefully selected Belgian wines, offering an unforgettable culinary experience.
Guests had the opportunity to discover new flavors, share precious moments, and enjoy an evening rich in conversation and new discoveries. During the evening, the chef also stepped out of the kitchen to prepare a dish via a live cooking demonstration right in front of each table. This initiative was greatly appreciated, offering a delightful surprise from our Chef Alexandre Ciriello.
Lény Michel, our sommelier, perfectly paired each dish, demonstrating boldness with choices such as incorporating natural Belgian wines and an aperitif blend of beer and wine. This innovative approach created a harmony that left a lasting impression on all attendees.
