The fusion of culinary art and timeless luxury came to life during an exclusive dinner held in Hong Kong in December 2025. Our chef Alexandre Ciriello, in collaboration with Delvaux and the team at the Mandarin Oriental Landmark, orchestrated an unforgettable gastronomic experience at a prestigious private club, the Gentry Club.
A Fusion of Flavors and Artistry
Inspired by culinary traditions from the East and West, the menu—specially designed for the occasion—showcased exceptional ingredients through creative and harmonious pairings. Each dish was an ode to craftsmanship and innovation, perfectly echoing the refinement embodied by Delvaux.
