It is with great excitement that we unveil an extraordinary collaboration between L'Horizon and the airline TUI Fly, orchestrated by our talented chef, Alexandre Ciriello. This alliance promises an unrivalled culinary experience, taking the exquisite flavours of our restaurant to the skies.

Starting this summer, Fly Deluxe and Deluxe passengers will have the chance to enjoy a true gastronomic experience on board. Our chef, a prominent member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs (JRE), has created menus that reflect our culinary identity.

"We're delighted to be able to collaborate with TUI thanks to JRE Belgium. It's a fantastic opportunity and gives us a behind-the-scenes look at the constraints of preparing a meal on an airplane. I'm very happy with this collaboration, and congratulate the Catering teams on this successful collaboration and their self-sacrifice in following our instructions," reveals chef Alexandre Ciriello.
